Material

  • 1 cup onion paste
  • 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
  • 2 to 3 finely chopped chilies
  • 4 tbsp curd
  • 2 50 grams paneer cut into pieces
  • three to four long
  • two cardamom
  • small piece of cinnamon
  • one teaspoon coriander powder
  • half teaspoon black pepper powder
  • half teaspoon cumin powder
  • salt to taste
  • a pinch of asafoetida
  • Two to three teaspoons fresh cream or cream
  • 6 to 7 whole black peppercorns
  • half teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • Half teaspoon chaat masala

Dum Paneer Black Pepper Recipe

  • To make Dum Paneer Kali Mirch, first heat oil in a pan or wok.
  • Fry asafoetida, cloves, black pepper, cinnamon and cardamom in oil.
  • Now add onion paste to it and fry till it turns golden brown.
  • Now add finely chopped green chillies, ginger garlic paste and fry it. After this, beat the curd and add it.
  • When it gets cooked a bit, add paneer and cream to it.
  • Just add turmeric, coriander powder, chaat masala, black pepper powder, cumin powder, asafoetida and salt to it.
  • After this, cover the pan or wok with foil paper and cook on low flame for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Now garnish it with finely chopped coriander, ginger slices, cream, grated cheese,
  • Put a piece of butter on top of it.
  • Eat it with waxed paratha, naan, roti or jeera rice.
